I have a sheitel that is very comfortable, no tears in the cap, and the hair is still really in good shape, it's an 8 yr old sheitel. It's thinned over the years and I'm considering adding hair. The sheitel macher said it will be about $300 to add hair. I do have other sheitels, but want to keep them nice, so am thinking about using this old one for every day to work in an elementary boys school. What's been your experience regarding the value of adding hair as opposed to saving up and getting something new? I wear a wig every day for reference.
