I eat low carb Paleo/mostly keto with no dairy. Quite hard.
I use my low carb bread to make french toast and eggs
cauliflower or broccoli soup with a protein like eggs or fish
Tuna burgers
I made a whole salmon fillet into lox from Wednesday and we ate most of it on Shabbat, had the last bit of it today with cucumber slices.
Was thinking of a broccoli quiche tomorrow made with sauteed onions and eggs.
Made fried fish with an almond flour breading and homemade ketchup last Thurs.
