Any recommendations for a doctor for a DH? a general doctor-check-up, bloodwork etc. Just want someone recommended. Not super happy with his current one.

He does not take insurance, but you can work out a payment plan.
We are also happy at refuah.

We use dr zelenko, he recently joined the monsey family health. Hes out of commission now nebach. May he have a refuah shelaima.

My DH and I use Dr Tendler and we have been satisfied with him.

Dr. Jerrold Schwartz has his own practice on Airmont Road. Amazing doctor.

Bh.. Thanks for the info. He posted a clip of himself saying what they found. In his pulmonary arterty Nebach. Hes too young for this.

My husband uses Dr. Yaakov Tendler for close to 30 yrs. He is good but doesn’t have the best bed side manners.
I used him until my insurance changed and now I am using Dr. Jerrold Schwartz on Airmont Rd.
I like him but hate his office hours.
But I am not sure if he is accepting new patients there but I think he is by Refuah also .

Another vote for Refuah Heealth center. They have great doctors and flexible hours.

Dr. Schwartz is in Refua only as a GI doctor. GI is his specialty. I think he doesn't accept new patients at Refua and at his regular practice.

Thank you! I will try these and see who accepts new patients. Bedside manner is an extra plus, but really looking for someone who is good, and gruff is okay!

Use Dr Tendler for many years. He is a good diagnostician. Bedside manner? Depends what you want from a doctor. I find him to be just fine.
