I woke up this morning with a terrible sore throat. My throat is burning and feels like it’s on fire unless I drink tea. I took a strong pain killer and it didn’t help.
How do manage once the fast starts?

I hope you don't have coronavirus, but if you do I understand it is Assur for you to fast. Please see a doctor and a Rav.
