Not sure I understand what you mean by "the entire song is different"
Do you know the source to be something else (possibly secular in nature) and you just can't remember the name?
The "Kumzitz in the Rain" series AFAIK does not contain any original compositions...

Now you got me curious - I don't remember hearing the song before.

I compared that to the Kumzitz one at 1.5x speed and they do sound pretty similar.
