Any Henderson/Las Vegas Imas?!?
Are the supermarkets generally well stocked with Chalav Yisroel Milk, cheese and yogurt? Kosher meats? or do I have to bring everything with me. (I am aware of the restaurant options available)

OMG!
Fabulous supermarket. We live in New Jersey, and were in Vegas for a convention/vacation. We went to the Smiths in Henderson. It was a wonderful store. We ended up getting takeout for every night for dinner, and didn't bother with restaurants. They had fried chicken, roasted chicken, meatballs, sides, hamburgers…… I was truly impressed.
Some of the raw meat/cheese, was very very well priced (and the take-out was cheap) and some was very expensive relative to "in town".
