Getting ready to go back to work in a few weeks/ school year resumes. I'd so appreciate your help with what I can do now to ease the transition to full time, out of the house working mom? Dinners in the freezer...anything else?

I was called back to work full time very suddenly after working at home for 2 days/week since shutdown started. It was a very hard adjustment and I’m exhausted. I don’t know how I used to do this schedule all the time.
