It's really beautiful how much you crave to daven. But, and I'm sure you know this, your tafkid right now is to take care of your child. Wishing your child a refuah sheleima and I hope you get to daven at some point today.

For years I bH did the Readers Digest version. Brachos, Shema, Shemone Esrei. Sometimes a little more, sometimes less. IyH you will one day be in a position to consistently say more. Right now, this is your tafkid, BH.

I love davening to Hashem in english, as I go through my day. It's not either/or. If youre not able to do a full Tefila from a sidur then daven to Hashem by just talking. It's beautiful that way too.

You can totally daven in your own words and in any language while doing chores etc.
Hashem entrusted you with your kid/kids and now is the time to take care of them. Had he wanted you to daven formally with a siddur, he would've made that possible for you. Now he wants you to happily be there for your child.
