This is your duty right now. To take care of your baby. You can daven in English or whatever you know by heart while laying with your child.

Give some Motrin and wait 20 minutes for it to kick in.

You hold your 3 yr old. Daven what you can with him in your arms if you want to. But if he wants to be in your arms then soak it in. You can daven in your heart too. Then make mincha.

Poor baby! Give him what only a mom can give her little one.

Your job is to be there for your baby! Hold him, hug him, love him. If you can say the critical parts, or say what you know by heart. Or say your own tefila.

Daven mincha or maariv today if you don’t usually if that will make you feel better.

Remember formal Tefila is not a d’oraisa, and you are exempt now.
