they dont normally sell below value, if anyone offer you its suspecious. they sell at premium. why would anyone give you $100 for 80?

That's a good point. I guess I was just hoping... 
I want to give one as a gift to a friend who lives in Israel, since I don't know which Israeli stores sell gift cards online.

its good you are mentioned that.
I did sell them at a premium and I am familiar
so new US laws, anti laundering and all - most gift cards can not be used outside of the USA!
I just saved you more!
everyone in israel appreciate cash! they can use it for whatever they want, with a note "treat yourself for something special".
Even $20 buys a fancy ice cream for a few ..
