And it's because she's making money from this, and not pretending otherwise.

Watch her stories. She certainly knew what people would think. As an aside, there are Ny state laws About running a raffle which she didn’t follow. So it is also a legal issue where she can be subject to penalties and fines for doing something against ny state law.
