Already picked it meaning you already named the child?
The first thing you need to decide is how you want to spell it. The singer’s name is spelled Celine.

How did you spell it on the birth certificate?
I don’t mind the name, but the way you spelled it in the title line may be very difficult to pronounce.

A Jewish child gets a Jewish name. If you chose this as her legal name, it's fine. People have all types of names as their legal name.

It's Celine Dion. (Typing on my phone, can't put the accent over the e.)

From the way you spelled it, I wouldn't know how to pronounce it.

The word may come from the Latin root coelum, meaning sky or heaven. It may be a derivative of Celeste or Marceline.

Are you really looking for honest answers? If so my answer is no. Just curious why you are asking though if you are already decided on it? Are you just wondering how many other people also like it?

Please be careful not to give your child a funny name spelling, no matter what name you choose! The name you wrote doesn't look like the singer's name and probably wouldn't be pronounced that way. People will mangle her name trying to say it.
The way you wrote it, people would probably call her "seal-on" bc it looks like the beginning of the word "ceiling"and the word "on".

What you're looking for you probably want to spell Celine or Selene.

My opinion on the name itself? Eh. I don't like it enough to use that for my own daughter but I don't think it's an ugly name. I personally prefer Hebrew names.

It looks somewhat Gaelic, the way you are spelling it. Is that what you meant to do?

What hebrew name are you going to give her?

Something like Tzila would have a similar sound.

Only because you asked, OP - no, I don't like the name. I get that you're trying to connect with the natural heavenliness of your child, but Ceilon sounds like sci-fi, and Celine just sounds like saline to me. Both seem pretty hollow, and like they won't stand the test of time.

My saline is pretty important to me- don’t knock it!
Besides which it kind of reminds me of “salt of the earth” so it’s a Chashuv name I suppose
