My DS’s overnight camp was unable to open because it’s in NY. I paid almost in full and camp keeps sending emails that they are working on giving refunds as soon as they can please be patient. I feel bad but I can really use that money and think the money should have been returned by now. Interested in people’s thoughts? Did you get refunds yet? I do appreciate that they are planning to return the money.

Refund from my son's camp, that opened his grade as daycamp only, came right away in the beginning of the summer.
I guess some camps are more efficient than others.

Im still waiting for sternberg refund. they claim they are waiting on a loan. We desperately need the money as I also had to pay day camps here and I lost my job

It's really not acceptable that you haven't been refunded, OP or amother above me. It's not legal.

My daughter's camp has been claiming they don't have the money to refund. They want people to let them hold the money for camp next year but my daughter will be too too old to be a camper next year! We disputed it with the credit card company and got the money back that way.
