My Deli Roll is often not baked through in the inside.
How to bake it correctly, for it not to have the dough consistency inside?

Roll out the dough very thin. And roll it up using the long side of the rectangle so there aren’t so many dough overlaps.

I make mini's. Otherwise I get uneven cooking. The minis look super fun too.
