All of "Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat."

Anything Billy Joel, especially his older things, particularly "Scenes from an Italian Restaurant." But also "Lullaby".

"Galileo" by the Indigo Girls.

"Birdhouse in Your Soul", by They Might be Giants

"Don't Cry", by Guns N Roses.

I didn't do country growing up, but a few years ago heard, "Live Like You Were Dying" by Tim McGraw.

You can totally tell how old most people who are posting here are.

ETA: "Time After Time", Cyndi Lauper

You cannot tell how old people are by the music they like. Some young people like oldies. I'm in my 30's not in 50+. And I've loved 60's music since I was a teenager.

I also like more contemporary music but the question was my all time fave.

And I'm sure there are some older people who like 2000's music. Taste in music is eclectic!

A few that aren't 100% clean, but pretty close:

One week - Barenaked Ladies (it's such a fun song!)

One Big Country Song - Locash (another really fun song!)

This is Why We Can't Have Nice Things - Taylor Swift (it's fun! And catchy!)

C'est La Vie - B*Witched (this is clean)

Blame it on the Weatherman - B*Witched (also clean. It has a really nice sound.)

Girls Chase Boys - Ingrid Michaelson (upbeat and fun!)

Sweet but Psycho - Ava Max (this was stuck in my head for like a month)

For the First Time - The Script (there's a radio edit version for a couple of bad words)

Never Be the Same - Jessica Mauboy (this is clean)

Stand by You - Marlisa (clean)

Stand by You - Rachel Platten (also clean. Very different song than the one above, but also one of my favorites)

Hello - Martin Solveig and Dragonette (probably my favorite workout song of all time, but it gets annoying fast if you're not into repetitive stuff)

November Rain and Winds of Change take me back in a powerful way to the summer of '92.

Happy by Pharrell is great a great motivator for exercise. On YouTube, there's a comment to that song that says "If they don't play this song at my funeral, I'm not coming". 😋

Oh, and almost everything by REO Speedwagon! And I'm a huge Meatloaf fan, but that a lot of his stuff really doesn't make the "clean" list. ;-)

But I don't listen to secular music anymore, until the Beit Hamikdash is rebuilt. So now I'm just humming this whole thread in my head and wondering how I can adjust the lyrics to make them into explicit praises of G-d.

Sounds like a frum song to me LOL
