What do you mean by "neighborhood?"
I am from the central area of the country ("HaMercaz")
It's not a neighborhood so much as a region encompassing several cities (including Tel Aviv, Rishon L'Zion, etc.) and their surrounding yishuvim.

That's a very New York way of looking at things - only one city matters enough to divide into neighborhoods, while everything else is just "out of town."
I live outside of Jerusalem.
