This week my internet connection is on and off.

Are others having the same with Optimum in Brooklyn?

How are you dealing with this?

Ill be in trouble this week if this continues, because we need it for work.

The only issue I had this week was when my 3-year-old unplugged the router.

Whatever speed I have its been good for the last few months, so I doubt thats the issue.

I haven’t had internet since Shabbos. Maybe it’s time to switch to Verizon. Any other ideas?

I have Spectrum and I kid you not, every night for the past 3 months from 8pm to around 4am, we have no internet. We’ve had more technicians come out than I can count. The issue has been escalated and still no resolution. And they won’t even take money off the bill. We are switching to Verizon.

I bet Verizon is messing everyone else up.

Well, I have Verizon and the service is not great at all. I pay a lot of money and I have service but it gets cut off and restarts all the time. It is also extremely slow...I've had Verizon techs out to check it and they all say that's a Verizon issue. One advised me to switch....
