Is it 2 tsp twice a day? Or 1.5 or 1?
Medication is oral, 250mg/5mL

Ask your pediatrician and pharmacist!
My kid had closer to 1 tsp at that size IIRC but you really need to talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have any concerns about this.

2 tsp twice a day (11 mL technically)
But ask your doctor
