Oil
A handful of frozen chopped onion
Less than a handful of frozen chopped zucchini
2 potatoes
1 egg
A little bit of boiled water

5-6potatoes
Oil
One or two onions
3 eggs
1-2 tspn salt (not the measuring spoon but the kind that's in your cutlery)
Pepper to taste

Yes I put salt white pepper and black pepper! My husband doesn’t eat the kugel so I made for myself which is why the recipe is so small lol

The frozen onion and frozen zucchini added extra water so it makes sense it was gummy.

Gummy happens when you beat the eggs too much. Either put it in the food processor just for. A few seconds or mix it in the bow after grinding the potatoes.

5 pounds potatoes (12 smallish potatoes)

2 large onions

5-6 eggs

3/4 c. oil

2 T sugar

1 T salt

1/4 tsp. pepper
