Their stuff is huge!
Does anyone have experience with this?

I bough a few sweaters for my almost 2 year old daughter in a size 9-12 months and they were massive. I reordered then in size 6-9m and still quite big, although a little better.

Does the stuff shrink a lot?
Should I get a 3-6m for a 2 year old?? What

Idk I’m really stumped. And it’s not just one item, it’s a few.

Im wondering if they shrink a ton.

H&M runs big, I know to size down. My baby is 18-24 month regular sizing and 9-12 month H&M. They don't really shrink.

Baby stuff yes. From 1.5-2 they run pretty accurately according to my findings. They recently added standard sizing in parentheses so it’s easier to tell what’s what.
1.5-2 (2t)
4-6y (5t)

My 24 month old fit into 9-12 months this past summer.
Their sizing is rediculous.
This winter he will wear the stuff I bought for last winter. It fits him now with spare room.

my kid fits into it pretty normally. she's wearing 18 or 24 month carters and 1 1/2-2 in h&m. maybe their dresses are sized more normally? THat's all I buy there.

I never bought from H&M for babies. We started shopping once they fit into the 1 1/2 to 2 year size (and that wasn't at age 18 months).

I never had their baby clothes but for big kids definitely at least one size too big. If there's shrinkage it's very slight, maybe if you have a very aggressive dryer...

Yeah their infant sizing is out of wack. It gets normal at 1 1/2 - 2

Yes their stuff runs huge for the littles. I usually go down 2 sizes.

Not necessarily. I bought that size for my little one and they fit my average sized 4 year old. Although last season 1 1/2 - 2 is small on the four year old. I find their clothes run differently each season.

Thanks everyone.

Good to know I’m not crazy.

I guess I will keep the 6-9m for her.
