The problem is the fridge area, as I mentioned above.
Kind bars and fruit leather don't do it for me, even in a pinch. |
Maybe this is just me but I honestly never ever use a fridge at work and I take a salad with a protein in it 90% of the time. It doesn't go bad u less you are sitting in a super hot place. (Proteins are salmon, chicken, turkey, eggs, chickpeas, beans, leftover burgers, steak, wtvr I have)

Do you have your own classroom? You can buy a small electric kettle for ten bucks and make instant soups. Or you can buy what I used to use, an electric hot pot for $15 and I used it to warm up Tabatchnik soups. You need to add a little water so it doesn’t stick. I would take a couple pouches of frozen soup and they would be pretty thawed by lunch, then I would heat them in the hot pot and it was a good lunch with breadsticks or crackers. Warning, it does make your room smell like food. Also it’s annoying to bring the hot pot home to wash it. I used to put down two layers of foil on a desk to do my food prep so I didn’t have to worry about kashrus issues. A thermos is probably easier but I never had time in the mornings.

What are some easy ideas?
I don't like tuna, egg salad, cream cheese, and quinoa. |
Salad, chefs salad, cold cuts sandwich, baked salmon, grilled veggies topped with grilled chicken, cottage cheese and fruit, yogurt and granola, raw veggies with hummus, sliced cheese and crackers.
