We are doing that. We rented a house 5 minutes from the shul! Can't wait to go. Btw you can pre order lulav and esrog thru chabad. I will see if I can find the address of the house.

We are either bringing a small one we have that was never opened and cost us under $200 depending on shopping cost or we are going to go to home depot and put something easy together. (We are going with some handy men we will probably just need some latice boards and some branches for the top)
