On Uziel there is a a housewares store where she can buy a pot, IIRC. Minimarket Uziel might have American cereal, otherwise there is a supermarket in Holyland that might have. Also on Hapisga someone might have.
Water shoes, meaning what? Depending on the definition she may or may not be able to find them in Bayit Vegan.

There is a shoe shop on Uziel - in the basement of a building - near Gan Hanachash. I'm not sure what number (maybe 62).
It's called Keren Or, and it's open in the afternoons - 16:30-21:30.
They have shoes like imitation crocs, if that's what you mean by water-shoes.
