Hey,

I'm looking for some all-purpose salad dressings.

Fat is okay, just no sweeteners such as:
sugar
honey
syrup
silan
agave
articifial sweeteners
stevia

All the bottled dressings where I live have sugar, and I'd love to have some homemade dressings for the chagim.

I'd go with a classic: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. The vinegar had some natural sweetness but isn't a sweetener of any sort, and offers a nice depth of flavor.

Freshly squeezed lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. (squeeze directly on the salad on shabbos, not into a cup or bowl.)

Most of my recipes call for a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup but would be fine without it.
