Ran out of all purpose—have you ever made a potato kugel with whole wheat? What is it like?

Thank you!

I hadn’t heard of it either. It’s from a cookbook from the recipes of Holocaust survivors called “Recipes Remembered” and the potato kugel recipe calls for 1.5-2 cups all purpose flour

What's the full recipe? Maybe you can omit the flour.

Use potato starch. Though WW flour will workfine IMO.

This is a weird recipe. I think you can omit the flour. You can also do a regular recipe.

I can't open the recipe. But this sounds like something called potatonik. (Does it have yeast?)
Sure, you can use ww. But you might be busted. Maybe use an extra spoon or so of water if you really want to use ww? Maybe white whole wheat?

Skip the flour. It will come out delicious without it.
