Op, good luck with your business. I too just started same type of business and my last name starts with a ‘k’. So I did my last name confections. Mentioned the ‘k’ because reason I used my name is that the c and k have the same sounds....

I make angel cake,chocolate pie , knafe and maringo (last 2 are sirian desserts) and would love to send you some except I don’t live in the USA
