Is it safe to keep urine that is in a sealed container and also a bag in a fridge that has some food? I can try to move the food to another shelf but it's still there.

Just make sure it is clearly labelled so nobody thinks it is lemonade or apple juice.

I think sanitary wise it's OK, I would just be a little grossed out. I'd put it in a black bag in the bottom fridge draw so I don't see it.

It's not going to jump out of the container and start attacking the fruits and vegetables. As long as it is in a sealed cup that won't leak if it gets knocked over, it is fine. If you prefer, put it on a separate shelf in the door.
Make sure that urine from the previous day is good for whatever tests you need to do. Sometimes they need a fresh sample.
