I froze half the soups, meats, and freezer friendly sides that I made for Rosh Hashana, and will use these on Sukkos/Simchas Torah. I'll make one fresh soup (either zucchini leek, vegetable split pea, or tomato cabbage) and one new meat. The rest will be easy things, like baked chicken, roasted potatoes, fresh salad. Maybe I'll make some fried rice or something on Yom tov if I'm in the mood. My family is small and not very picky, so whatever I serve is fine.

Soups, soup noodles, challah, corned beef, roast beef, cabbage & noodles, stuffed cabbage, orzo (egg noodle version only), all frozen. Raw kishka stuffed chicken for baking before YT.
