I avoid measuring, so I make 2lb rice in a 9x13, about 5 cups raw jasmine rice (a full bag).
Add 1.5 tbsp salt, about 1/4 cup oil (I just give a glug or two), and about 10 cups boiling water (most of my electric kettle, I just eyeball it). Cover tightly and put in oven for 20-30 minutes at 350. (Tip: Put pan on cookie sheet for stability.)
The oil and salt gives it a great flavor, and using boiling water cuts down the cooking time by half.
