I think forcing people to wear masks outdoors is Stalin - like, but indoors it seems reasonable.

I'm referring to the Chassidis Stolin not to Stolin from Russia. BH they require masks in all of their shuls around the world.

Its estimated that Stalin murdered about 20 million people.

You think that asking people to wear masks, believed to save lives, for a few hours is akin to murdering 20 million people?

No I'm not saying that at all. I'm talking about a Chassidis named Stolin that has a masks mandate BH which I am happy about.

We had eitza and public speech from charedi rabbis:
-if you are not obligated in minyan, don't go
-if you are at risk, close to someone at risk, don't go
-if your spouse or you are afraid, don't go

The Stoliner Rebbe has been very on top of the Covid19 situation since it started, and has been very strict with the restrictions. It's no surprise.
