Anyone know of a drink that is made with orange juice or grape juice that is lighter than drinking it straight and has more hydration benefits than simply watering down?

Water IS the most hydrating thing you can drink. Woo-woo websites will claim that things like coconut water and cucumber juice and chia seed water are better but they're not. It's the aitch-two-oh in them that makes them hydrating, not the other ingredients. Extra electrolytes are completely unnecessary unless you're exercising heavily in extreme heat, suffering from severe vomiting or diarrhea, or prepping for a colonoscopy.
Your beverage will be more fun and marginally tastier if you use carbonated water aka seltzer. For hydration that you won't eliminate right away, eat watery fruits like watermelon and grapes.
