Anyone know of a shiur online focusing on being bsimcha on Yom Kippur and having positive pleasant thoughts throughout the day.
I tend to feel a sadness and dread and find it makes it harder for me to daven.
All recommendations appreciated!

Just saw this one. Short and sweet about klapping al chet. It can possibly still kind of be anxiety inducing, but I found it to be more comforting.

It is a good thing to feel responsible for your actions, and for me Yom kippur is such a delicious day that I forget about the teshuva for Aveiros and more just think about the תשוב ה . Just focus on getting super close to Hashem and keep asking to feel closer.

You'll have an awesome sweet year and know you're forgiven. The reason we say selach Lani in maariv after Yom Kippur is because of the sin of doubting that we were forgiven. You are in good hands.
Gmar Chasima Tova!!!
