Get your heads out of the ahem I meant actual sleep
Because I was just talking to someone who told me she sleeps on her stomach with her arms wrapped around the pillow and it's very hard for her when she's pregnant. I never heard of that before. I sleep on my back or sides.
So what position do u sleep in? If on your stomach write flat or with pillows.

I cannot fall asleep on my back, I conk out on it.
I sleep on my stomach or side, with one foot out of the blanket. My hands, sometimes semi-wrapping my pillow, and other times holding the blanket tucked under my chin.
Enough detailed? Lol

Start on the left side, one foot out of blanket. Left hand above head.
Later switch to right side, both hands and feet under blanket.
Get out of bed to lower the a/c.
Back to left side. Feet under blanket, hands hanging off the sides of bed.
Later on my back, hands across my chest.
Get out for bathroom.
Then on my stomach, pillow on top of my head.
Then head by the foot of the bed, foot by the headboard, on top of the blanket.
Then counting sheep.
Then in sitting position and my hands tearing my hair out of my head.
I’ll just leave the bed for the day.

Flat on my back.
Sleep during pregnancy is really tough. I hate my side. It hurts my back.

On my side. It’s weird that mostly the left side is more comfier for me lol.
And I have 2 pillows one under my head and the other kinda cradling my back as if in a hug
Oh and the blanket is up to my cheek depending how cold it is here
My husband is strict about not sleeping on his back so he also sleeps on his side but he sometimes sleeps in his back.
I mostly wake up on my back tho...
Up because I woke up to my neighbors footsteps upstairs and I feel a little weird from the fasting. ugh

Every night something different. I have no specific sleeping position. I like my stomach a lot, but also like my sides, and my back is great too lol. Always wake up in the same position

Same. I don't always hate it but hate it for every night. I use a pregnancy pillow but it's still annoying and recently I've been having to maneuver so my shoulder doesn't bother me.

Lots of people sleep on their stomach. Just because you don't doesn't mean it's not a thing. Now if your friend said she sleeps hanging upside down like a bat, I'd be skeptical.
My honey,
She's funny.
She hangs by her knees,
From a trapeze,
Like a bat.
Imagine that!
That's how she sleeps.
It gives me the creeps.
Her face turns quite red.
But as for the bed,
It's a treat.
It always stays neat!

On my stomach was the only position I was able to sleep in until I was pregnant the first time. Now I can't fall asleep on my stomach. I sleep on my side, usually my left. I barely move in middle of the night and whatever side I fell asleep in, I usually wake up on that side too. It's really easy to make my bed in the morning.

How do you all sleep on your side? It hurts my hips and shoulder so much now that I’m forced to because of pregnancy. I usually sleep on my stomach in a fetal position.

Same. I sleep on my stomach and it becomes an issue when there's a baby in there... I'm so tired.

Pillow between the knees, and pillow to wrap my arms around. It keeps my spine and hips in alignment.
My sister uses a big body pillow (that she has named "Julio". She loves to have a glass of wine, and spend the night snuggling with Julio! )

I usually sleep on my stomach, and pregnancy and nursing are very hard for me to adjust to side sleep.

When I started reading I was like, wow, you must be a higher neshama that you know exactly which position you switch to during your sleep.
Now go get another coffee to keep you going today.
