Seeking recommendation for
1. Daughter approaching puberty, possibly too soon (will follow up with endo, yes I'm the amother from another thread, but also want pediatrician on it)
2. Kid who is mysteriously not feeling well on and off but isn't testing positive for anything obvious

yup dr sisser. I dislike shakoohi, he dismisses everything and doesnt stay in the room for more than ten seconds. Dr. sisser would be amazing for both of the issues you mentioned.

Dr. Sisser being a woman would probably be perfect for your daughter.
Dr. Shakoohi I would use for an adult rather than for a child.
I also find him pretty dismissive of everything.
Dr. Sitt is also considered fantastic.

also dismissive and arrogant. I do not take my children to doctors who don't listen to the parents. The parents live with the child. They know when something is not right. Don't come and tell me that everything is fine, and DEFINITELY do not yell at me for asking questions or questioning your judgement.

I like Dr Shakoohi. He doesn't give me much time, but I know he knows his stuff, and when he dismisses a concern I am calm about it.
I recently used Dr. Patel and was happy too. He was not arrogant or dismissive at all, and gave me time to ask any questions I had.
