I got a solid black dress for my 9 year old daughter for yt. The sleeves are really pretty but the rest of the dress is blah. I need a cheap do it yourself idea to dress it up. Was thinking something on the neckline because it’s a bit lower than we’d like so that’ll take care of the tznius issue as well. Any ideas?
