Please tell me if you could buy any cookbook now what you would buy?
Like healthy cooking (NOT stuff with margarine, whip, doughs, etc.)
Also nothing too complicated with NOT hard to find ingredients.
Looking for two categories-
JEWISH COOKBOOK
ALSO VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN

THANK YOU ADVANCE FOR RECOMMENDATIONS.
WILL BE FOLLOWING THIS THREAD.
WILL HELP WITH MY SIMCHAS YOM TOV!!

Look into the Moosewood cookbooks by Mollie Katzen. Lots of vegetarian stuff. Also many Jewish-y type recipes. Her stuff is usually always good.

I don't usually use cookbooks, but I'm waiting to see if the betweencarpools one may be something I'd be interested in.
I love the BY cookbook for a classic Jewish cookbook, or Simply Gourmet for simple new ideas.
