I vote for nude - I ABHOR black tights with off white outfit but I am a total fashionista and I see this faux pas often enough to know not everyone agrees  )

Just got a gorgeous off white velour dress for my daughter and paired it with a black and white headband, black tights and black shoes. Now we just need an event.
