What would make you think this is a question for a doctor? I haven't heard a single public health official mention a word about vitamins.
Yes it's safe to take these vitamins.

You can always ask the pharmacist at the drugstore where you buy them.

It's never a good idea to say it ok to take something over the internet to a totally anonymous poster you don't know there medical history or what medications they're on ( if any ) a doctor can say yes it's fine or no it's not okay or even if they say it would be fine but I don't see a point in doing that you can still make a decision based off that.

*you can take unless you have known kidney issues. If it gets bad look into vitamin c iv. It gets absorbed a lot better. But ask a doctor about the IV before use k?

Zinc, vitamin c, and vitamin d are present in virtually all prenatal vitamin supplements. And with the amount of fortified foods we eat on a daily basis, I assume the cap on most of these vitamins must be pretty high. Anyway, any vitamin that is water soluble washes out of your system. (I think D is fat soluble).
Vitamin away, and feel good!

Sounds like BS. Like a single prescription is not poison...

The amounts being recommended for Coronavirus are megadoses, well above and beyond normal recommended amounts. There is a possibility of toxicity.

My grandfather was a pharmacist. He said that the reason there needs to be a pharmacist involved and drugs are not all sold over the counter is because they are in essence a poison.
