I have dishes covering two counters
linen for guests that must be washed and put back on
3 toilets that MUST get washed
floors that I would like to get washed
kitchen cabinets and stovetop that need washing
silver (esrog box plus more) that need polishing
walls that haven't been washed since Pesach 2019 (because y'know covid)

All this the cleaning lady should have done while I
cook
fold laundry
get some books for the kids from the library for YT
buy them new kippahs
do another grocery run for fresh stuff the store didn't have on Tuesday
hang up noy sukkah

Oh and I'm 28 weeks pregnant.

WHERE DO I START???????
So first I sat down to coffee and a cookie and an hour of imamother. Next?

You need to prioritize.

Skip washing your walls and kitchen cabinets. Who does that?

Start a load of laundry and get the machine going. Fill the sink with hot soapy water and soak dishes for an hour and when you go back to them, they will be super easy and quick to finish.

Floors get washed last, after cooking is done.

Silver polishing is for the kids to do.

Start cooking now.
Bathrooms get cleaned while things simmer and bake.

Send husband (if you have one) to do the shopping, library, kippah buying. Let him do noy sukkah (no idea what that is, to be honest).

Do you live in Lakewood? There is a last minute cleaning agency (expensive but sounds like it might be necessary for you!)

Where do you live? There’s a new Jewish cleaning agency that sends cleaning ladies in emergencies like this in Monsey and Lakewood.

One more thing: My kids have a half day of school and will be home in time for lunch. "Mommy, what's for lunch?" "Mommy, what can I do?" No, they can't polish silver or change linen or even wash dishes. I hope they'll cooperate with cleaning up the playroom - which wasn't even on the cleaning lady's or my list to begin with.

OK, first off, take off anything from that list that is not super important (as in washing the walls. Who does that? And why would anyone do that?)
Also, let everyone else in your household (husband, do you have any other kids?) help. Delegate.
Do only what is immediately pressing. Anything else, you will have to lower your standards. Do only what needs to be done before chag. Everything else can just get done over chol hamoed if needed.

Hey! Did I write this post? I've still got millions of things to do, including cooking, laundry , cleaning and shopping and my cleaning lady DID NOT ARRIVE! And yes I'm also pregnant but 30 weeks. Don't know where to turn first!
No help from kids cause they're all too small for that and no help from husband cause he works and he's got over enough other work to still do. And yes my esrog box still needs to be polished.

I reserved a cleaning lady from a professional agency for today, she didn't show up! I'm beyond disappointed, I had so much work lined up for her.

OP,
I have the same list and I don’t have a cleaning lady and I’m working full time today as well as tomorrow. But I’m not pregnant 😀. Succos will happen. Sometimes, even if we don’t like it, we need to cut corners. We also need to delegate jobs.
Your DH can finish the Succah and still polish the silver.
The kids can wipe down the kitchen cabinets.
The walls waited this long, they will continue to wait.
The linen could be put on by you and DH together.
You need to get everyone on board with you and don’t panic. The more calm cool and collected you are the more you could accomplish in a reasonable time frame.
Hatzlacha. It’s not easy. But doable.

What happened today? Did all the cleaning ladies have a meeting and conspire together not to show up?
