nuts, fruits, fruit juice, fruit leather, granola bars without milk solids, candies, pareve chocolates, water challah made without eggs, pita, hummus, techina, soda, grape juice, any soy meat substitute like Fakin bacon. soymilk, soy beverages, rice milk, most Israeli/middle eastern-style salads and dips. rice cakes. peanut butter. most israeli wafers are made without eggs, I think, as are most crackers. most pareve soups. potato chips and most pareve snack foods like pretzels. popcorn, corn chips--just read the labels to make sure there's no milk or eggs in them. Pareve ices and sorbets, frozen desserts like rice dream and tofutti. pickles. olives. onion rings, french fries.

don't confuse vegan with "health nut". Most vegans I know are junk food junkies. Of course if the vegan you know IS a health nut, skip the snack foods and stick to fruit, nuts, veggies (hold the mayo) juices, soy beverages, whole-grain crackers and the like.
