I want to quit (or at least vent to dh) but I never had his support for this job in the first place. Not like he'll be "I told you so" but he will be frustrated if I then stick it out bc he was never supportive to begin with.
I want to even just say "I don't want to go to work tomorrow" and it's killing me to hold it in.
Also, I know I can obviously always quit, but I don't feel responsible doing that.

You find a trusted friend, family member or find a therapist to vent to.
And if the job is not a good for (& you can financially afford it), then it is definitely okay to quit & find something else.

Right here on imamother. Who would even think of venting to DH if you have imamother.
What specifically don’t you like about the job?

definitely a therapist. I talk to a therapist regularly about work issues - helps me get through it. No one else understands, and if I talk to my husband he takes it like I'm telling him to work harder and that I'm blaming him that I have to work. Therapy is good.

If you’re already in therapy why not tell your therapist about it, but this is hardly a situation that calls for the big guns. All OP needs is a friend or a sister.

DH would also make me quit if I dreaded it
