Not preschool but I was offered 20-25k for first grade (two different schools)... That's with having a bachelor's, too....
(That being said, one school was willing to pay for further schooling for me. They just couldn't commit to a larger salary. So that itself is worth a certain $ amount. Maybe you could work out something like that, or free/reduced childcare, etc)
