Spicy mayo - mayo with either hot sauce or with Sriracha sauce. I probably put around 1 cup of mayo with 1/4 cup of the sriracha sauce, but I don't measure. My kids like it spicier than I like it so keep adding until you like it.

Dill dip - mayo, lemon juice, sugar, one tiny squirt of mustard, garlic powder, dill (either frozen cube or dry dill weed - I use the dry because cheaper and easier)

Mayo, honey, garlic powder - no amounts

Mayo and duck sauce and garlic powder - no amounts

Sauteed onions with some salt and pepper. Yum. Some people add mayo, but we prefer it without the extra fat.

I take fresh dill, quite a lot of it, roughly chop it, put it is the food processor with mayonnaise and a little sugar, and let it go on high speed until blended.

Take a head of garlic, strip off the outer peel so only a thin layer of peel remains. Put in pan. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cover and stick in the oven for about an hour or so. Serve warm. You take a clove, squeeze it out on your challah, and enjoy.

Just use plenty of mouthwash when you are done....

Can I do olive dip without the mayo? I change a can of green pitted olives, but we don’t like mayo based dips.

Not spice cubes but really easy.
Dice about 3 onions. Place on sprayed sheet. Drizzle with about 1/4 oil. Roast at 400 till starts to brown, not too long. Process with a half cup or so of mayo. (I think the recipe calls for 2/3 c. or 3/4. I actually do use the full amount.)
