That use specific Israel ingredients/proportions but are in English?
I guess mostly for baked goods since everything else is more basic.

Do you already live in Israel?

All the GF flours are available here. As far as measurements, a cup is a cup. If you have a food scale, grams are grams.

You should be able to use any GF cookbooks from whatever country you come from.
