I passed gas and my two year old said. “Mommy made” and proceeded to check under my skirt.
Same kid that was once dirty when I didn’t realize and put him in the high chair...
he adorably said “I wanna change you” so I would realize he needed to be changed

My kids saw me doing sponja and asked me if the cleaning lady taught me. Mind you I have a cleaning lady once a week. I know how to do sponja buster, it just happens when you're sleeping.

Reminds me of when a kid woke up in the middle of the night asking dh where I was, I was in the shower and kid was so confused 'but it's not erev shabbos '. Umm Mr. I shower every night after you're sleeping...

My daughter likes to shower in my bathroom, so my toddler calls it "[sister]'s shower." One time I showered in the morning, and he came knocking on the door, "Mommy! It's not for you! It's [sister]'s shower!"

Okay, this is not a toddler story but I found it so funny.

DD8 told DS4 not to say anything about the Chankuah story in front of her. She didn’t learn it yet this year and doesn’t want him to ruin it LOL

On the rare occasion my 4 passes gas audibly, he says "I burped."

He also says he's "maked" when he's undressed.

It's so cute, that I don't have the heart to correct it. He's growing up too fast!

my eight-year-old DD was describing an outfit to me. It has a froggy neck...aka a turtle neck!
my kids do not speak Yiddish but are picking up words and phrases from school and such. My 7-year-old DS asked my 4-year-old if he knows what Lange lokshen means. The 4-year-old answered of course they just had the election with Biden and Trump!

My 4 yr old was looking for her shoes.
"Mommy do you know where my shoes are?"
I: No, go look at where you left them last.
4: where's that?
I: idk, you should know
4: I thought Mommies know everything!

When I was a year and a half, my uncle used to call me a "naked savage" because I'd run around my grandparents' house in a diaper. So I called myself a "maked sabage." I will never live it down. LOL

3.5-year-old DS: "My Totty said..."
Me: "Totty? Don't we call him Daddy?"
DS: "No, now I call him Totty."
Me: "Why?"
DS: "Because I just decided to call him Totty!"

Never mind that his Morah calls fathers "Totty." DS says that he came up with it all on his own.

It gets dark so early these days that my 2 year old son's room is quite dark when I come to take him out of the crib after his afternoon nap. I turn the light on when I come in and he exclaims "It's sunny!"

Pregnant. My 2.5 yr old patted my stomach, says excitedly, "Mommy, can I burst the balloon in your tummy?"

By a previous pregnancy, my then 3 yr. old looked at me with a serious expression, "Mommy, you're eating a lot. You're being fat."

Another pregnancy b'H, I was on strict bedrest from 2nd month until I gave birth. My kindergarten child, her gannenet asked each child what her Mommy does? My child answered, "my mommy lies in bed the whole day. She does nothing."

Yes, it is a very cute age. Baruch Hashem. ke'h.

Everybody should have a lot of nachas from their kinderlach and easy raising them, be"H.
