Title says it all.
My kid had surgery and now has been given the go ahead by the surgeon to start therapy. I am familiar with the board of ed services, including OT and PT, but those are all geared to kids needing help to thrive in school. I spoke to one center that does OT and PT, that's what he told me. I need a PT that works woth the medical model, experienced in post surgery. Does anyone know a great therapist for me? The surgeon said all my kid will need is a few sessions, but I need someone that knows what they are doing. And I haven't the first clue where to start looking.
