Anyone use those packaged polenta logs successfully?
Do you fry in slices? If so do you use non stick pan? Any oil?
What else can you/do you do with them that is easy and goes over well with your family?

I'm not familiar with packaged polenta rolls you mention but I love making polenta. From what you describe of that product, I would suggest either slicing and pan frying it, and serving it with a sunny side up/over easy egg), or slicing and toasting it, then topping with a little tomato sauce and cheese and broil it a second to melt the cheese, making a little mini pizza.
