If your toddler sleeps in, set an alarm so you get up at the same time every day. If you sleep during the day, it can mess with your baby' schedule.
Eat breakfast with your toddler and do some sort or davening - we open one eye, shema, ani maamin, for example. Then set up loose sets of time, ie 45 minutes free play while you take care of things, 45 minutes where you do an activity with your toddler, and try to arrange around your baby feedings and toddler naps. Perhaps you can do an arts n crafts a day - toddlers can color and you can paste or cut for them. After a nap, it's good to get a walk - perhaps to a grocery store or just for some fresh air every day.
