Cheers I'm sitting here with a lovely cabernet.

My insomnia* is out of control. I got to sleep at 6am, slept all day, woke up at 10pm tonight, it's 3am, I haven't had "lunch" yet, and I'm wide the flying ferrets awake! Surprised

Debating whether I should try to drink myself to sleep, or to force myself to stay awake until 10pm tomorrow night, and try to get back on schedule.

This has been the story of my life. When my body is left to it's own devices, I turn into a vampire.

*I actually don't have insomnia, I'm just not awake when other people think I should be awake.

I’ll join but I have no alcohol. Only a banana. I’m conked out on my bed and I’m not moving from here for the next 12 hours.

It’s been a week!!!!

My house looks like a tornado hit it (not exaggerating in the least) like can’t even walk normally in the floors...
I have zero motivation to tackle it
So I figured wine will help make it look better???
Has anyone tried this?
Can it work?

I usually sleep 3-4 hours a night and then when my body can’t handle it anymore I sleep 12 hours straight

The best part are the migraines from inconsistent sleep

I feel you girl. I feel you.

I would go anon for this but here goes...
I'm terribly hormonal. Today I got home from work and have just been crying on and off. I sent my kids to bed on their own, I think they're playing and coloring in their bedroom. How dysfunctional would it be for me to just go to sleep? Hopefully dh will get home at some point.
