Beets for red coloring, berries for blues and purple... I don’t know how that would end up tasting though!

Thanks! Good ideas, maybe next year. Just went ahead with food coloring again. Was having a flash of healthy inspiration but practicality won.

Sounds like a reasonable once a year plan. But if you want to try next year, I wonder if Jessica Seinfeld has any recipes.
I think I'd be nervous though.
